About City

A visit to Amsterdam was an impulse decision and spontaneous as well.

I was over with my office work and the project was ready to be executed in Amsterdam and I needed to celebrate my new-found freedom. What better way to do so than to book a flight out of my city and spend a few days exploring a new city?

Being known for its Artistic Heritage, hotels were extremely expensive. So I decided to book a seat in a hostel for the first time in my life.  Any excitement I had about this new happening wore off after the first sleepless night due to someone’s loud snore.

Having said these things, despite of the lack of sleep and the cold showers, I absolutely loved my time in Amsterdam.

I had chosen to visit at the perfect time of the year. It was July, the sun was shining, the skies were blue and the beer was cold, I won’t be able make you feel that unless you experience yourself.

I spent most of my days strolling around the Museum, long canals and narrowly avoiding being run over by the millions of cyclists as the city is known for its cycling passion and sitting by the canal reading a book and drinking some beer meanwhile."   - Sharon Williams
